Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Kolkata. The Site Supervisor will oversee piling activities at site, manage and coordinate site operations, ensure adherence to project timelines, and maintain safety protocols. They will supervise a team of workers/labours, conduct quality checks, and communicate regularly with project managers to ensure the successful execution of piling and foundation works.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Construction Site Supervision skills
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and reports
• Knowledge of on-site safety standards, compliance, and regulations
• Effective communication and team coordination abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills in challenging environments
• Proven experience in piling, foundation work, or civil engineering projects
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
