Site Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage and oversee day-to-day activities across multiple interior and architectural project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and a hands-on approach to ensure quality execution and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage on-site activities for interior and architectural projects.

Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings for accurate execution of site works.

Prepare and maintain BOQs, material requirement lists, and progress charts using MS Excel.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and labor teams for smooth and efficient project execution.

Monitor quality control and ensure all work aligns with design intent and standards.

Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on site progress, when required.

Conduct accurate site measurements and manage material follow-ups and inventory.

Troubleshoot on-site issues and implement solutions promptly.

Requirements:

Must own a personal bike for commuting between multiple sites.

Should be based in or around Noida for ease of travel and timely site management.

Proficient in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings.

Skilled in MS Excel for preparing BOQs and tracking project progress.

Good communication and interpersonal skills for handling clients and teams.

Basic knowledge of construction materials and on-site execution processes.

Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple sites effectively.

Positive attitude with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

Prior experience in supervising interior fit-out or construction projects
