Job Description
1. Site Supervision
Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at the construction site.
Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other subcontractors.
Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
2. Project Coordination
Coordinate with design team, vendors, and contractors for smooth project execution.
Ensure materials are delivered on time and used efficiently.
Attend site meetings with clients and consultants.
3. Quality Control
Ensure work meets quality standards and design specifications.
Inspect completed work such as:
Carpentry
False ceiling
Flooring
Painting
Electrical fixtures
Furniture installation
Identify defects and ensure rectification.
4. Health & Safety
Ensure workers follow site safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Monitor proper use of tools and safety equipment.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
Track labor attendance and productivity.
Report issues, delays, or material shortages to the Project Manager.
6. Material Management
Check material quality and quantity delivered to the site.
Manage site inventory and storage.
Ensure proper usage of materials to reduce wastage.
7. Client Interaction
Coordinate with clients during site inspections.
Ensure work is executed according to client requirements and approved designs.
