Role Description

BerryBunch.in is seeking a dedicated full-time Site Supervisor for Interior Projects to oversee on-site operations in Chennai. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily activities at project sites, coordinating with contractors and workers, ensuring designs are implemented to specifications, managing timelines, monitoring materials and resources, and maintaining safety standards. The role also involves regular updates to project stakeholders and ensuring high-quality finishes in line with company expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in interior design project management and site supervision.
• Proficiency in team coordination, planning, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques relevant to interior design.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ability to interpret and execute architectural designs and technical drawings accurately.
• Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges efficiently.
• Educational background in architecture, interior design, or civil engineering is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing on-site operations within the interior design sector is an advantage.
