Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at multiple project sites across New Delhi. This role will involve managing a team of installers and laborers, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for quality control and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in the flooring industry or construction management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Experience in scheduling and project management
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
