Site Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for the role of Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing project sites, coordinating with teams, managing day-to-day on-ground operations, and ensuring quality and timely completion of flooring installations. The individual will act as the point of contact for on-site activities and will ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.

• Experience in project management, site supervision, and ensuring project timelines
• Ability to coordinate with labor teams and manage on-site operations effectively
• Knowledge of flooring installations and materials like wood, carpets, and wall coverings
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle day-to-day tasks
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
• Ability to ensure safety compliance and quality control
• Relevant experience in construction or flooring projects preferred
• Diploma or degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field is advantageous
