Description
We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee and manage daily operations at our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and possess the ability to lead a team effectively.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor work quality and safety practices.
- Manage and oversee the work of subcontractors and laborers on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including labor, materials, and equipment usage.
- Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders regarding progress and any issues that arise.
- Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
