We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all on-site activities are carried out efficiently and safely, while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and laborers.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders to report on project status.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in site supervision or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
