Job Description
- Independently manage 24 live residential sites
- Share daily work progress in the evening
- Share next day's plan in the evening
- Morning attendance
- Be trusted by carpenters, electricians, and vendors as the site authority
- Ensure drawings are followed
- No execution level discussions are taken at site
- Plan weekly work schedule with Project Lead
- Prepare Snag list, Pending items and Blockers
- Maintain Quality, Timelines, Customer confidence
- Ensure vendors follow:
Approved drawings
Approved materials
Approved installation methods
- Escalate repeat offenders for replacement
- You are responsible for checking:
Shutter alignment, Edge banding, Hardware fixing, Electrical points, Plumbing slopes & leaks
Creating and closing snag lists, Ensuring no handover with visible defects
Customer Handling at Site
You will explain:
- What is happening
- What is coming next
Never promise anything without PM/designer approval
No silos.
No not my job attitude.
Requirements
- Good in vendor handling
- Excellent English-Hindi-Kannada communication
- Can read all the drawings
- Discipline
