Interior / Residential Projects
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Independently manage 2–4 live residential project sites
- Mark morning attendance regularly
- Share daily work progress update every evening
- Share next day work plan every evening
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, vendors, and installers on site
- Build trust and maintain authority as the primary site contact
- Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings
- Avoid execution-level discussions or unauthorized changes at site
- Plan weekly work schedules with Project Lead / Manager
- Prepare and update:
- Snag Lists
- Pending Items
- Site Blockers
- Ensure project quality, timelines, and customer confidence are maintained
- Ensure vendors follow:
- Approved drawings
- Approved materials
- Approved installation methods
- Escalate repeat vendor issues for corrective action / replacement
Quality Checks Responsibility:
- Shutter alignment
- Edge banding quality
- Hardware fixing
- Electrical points execution
- Plumbing slopes and leakage checks
- Snag closure before handover
- Ensure no visible defects during final handover
Customer Handling at Site:
- Clearly explain:
- Current work progress
- Upcoming next activities
- Maintain professional communication with clients
- Never commit timelines or changes without PM / Designer approval
Expectations:
- Ownership mindset
- No silos approach
- No not my job attitude
- Strong discipline and accountability
Requirements
- 0–2 years experience in site supervision / interiors / construction
- Good vendor and labour handling skills
- Ability to read technical / interior drawings
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Kannada
- Willingness to travel across sites
