Role Description

The Site Supervisor role at Happy Homez India Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day activities at project locations, including coordinating installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and doors, and ensuring work is completed according to design specifications and quality standards. This role involves managing site teams and contractors, monitoring timelines, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining safety and compliance across all activities. The Site Supervisor also conducts regular site inspections, communicates project status to management, and collaborates with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience 3 years in site supervision or construction/project coordination within interior fit-outs, modular furniture, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of installation processes, basic civil and carpentry practices, and familiarity with quality and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical specifications, and ensure accurate implementation on-site.
• Effective team management and people skills, including coordination of technicians, contractors, and vendors.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple sites, schedules, and deadlines.
• Deep understanding of material specifications and Labour handling skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Proficiency in basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, documentation); exposure to project management software is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, interior design, construction management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Prior experience working in Gurugram or the NCR region and willingness to travel between sites as needed.
• Vendor talent hunting and onboarding skills
