We are seeking a highly motivated Site Supervisor with expertise in Mivan construction to oversee and manage our construction projects in India. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in site supervision, ensuring that all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with construction plans and specifications.
- Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, documenting site activities and any issues that arise.
- Assist in project scheduling and budgeting, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in site supervision, preferably with Mivan construction methodology.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
