Grid Studio was founded on 25th December 2021 in Vellore by Ar. Isam Abdul Rahim, with a single goal - to

create spaces that inspire, elevate, and set new standards in architecture and design. What started as a solo ourney driven by passion has now grown into a dynamic team of 10 professionals, each playing a vital role in the studio's creative and operational strength.

We have grown organically over time, guided by the demand for quality work, trust from our clients, and a

firm belief in design excellence.

We have a sister construction firm -Grid Property Developer - and we are actively hiring site supervisor.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Vellore. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the construction site, ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently, coordinate with various stakeholders, manage site documentation, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. They will also be responsible for resolving any issues or delays and maintaining a clear line of communication with project managers and other team members.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction management and project supervision
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in site documentation and report generation
• Adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is a plus
