We are seeking a highly motivated Site Supervisor for our Interior Designing Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all on-site activities related to interior designing projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Assist in preparing project schedules and monitor progress against timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare reports on project status.
- Resolve any issues that arise on-site during the execution of the projects.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior designing or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and construction processes.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
