Site Supervisor- Diploma Civil

Role Description

We are hiring a Site Engineer (Diploma Civil Engineering) with 12 years of site experience. The candidate must be fluent in Hindi for site communication and capable of handling daily supervision, quality checks, and reporting. Two wheeler mandatory for site travel.

Role : Site Engineer

Salary: 25,000 to 30,000

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.

• Ensure work quality as per drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers.

• Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.

• Ensure safety compliance and timely completion of work.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).

• 12 years of site supervision experience.

• Good communication in Hindi (must).

• Basic knowledge of drawings, measurements, and site safety.

• Ability to handle labour teams and ensure quality work.
