Position: Site Supervisor-Construction
Location: Jaipur
Experience Required: 2-5 years of relevant site supervision experience
Salary: 18000/- to28000/- per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Role Overview
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities at petrol pump project sites. The role ensures that all civil works are executed safely, within timelines, and in accordance with approved drawings, company standards, and statutory regulations
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise civil, mechanical, and electrical work at site
- Ensure execution as per drawings and company standards
- Monitor key activities like tank installation, pipeline work, concreting, canopy, and electrical work
- Maintain quality of materials and workmanship
- Ensure safety compliance and proper use of PPE
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project team
- Manage materials, stock, and minimize wastage
- Maintain DPR, site records, and report progress/issues
- Ensure timely project completion
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / Degree (Civil/Mechanical or related)
- 2-5 years of site supervision experience
- Knowledge of construction processes and drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Valid driving license (travel required)
