Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at our Faridabad location for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee project sites, manage workers and subcontractors, maintain timelines, and ensure projects are completed to specification and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising daily tasks, coordinating with teams, resolving on-site issues, and communicating project updates to stakeholders. The role also involves ensuring adherence to safety regulations and maintaining project records.

• 25 years experience in site supervision or interior/painting project execution
• Ability to manage labour teams and coordinate daily site activities
• Basic understanding of painting materials, polishing, textures, wallpapers, and finishing work
• Strong problem-solving and team handling skills
• Ability to maintain work quality and meet project timelines
• Basic mobile and WhatsApp reporting skills (photos, updates, attendance)
• Diploma or technical background preferred
