This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Kochi. The Site Supervisor will oversee the execution of interior design projects, ensuring that work meets established specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, managing on-site activities, supervising workers, and ensuring safety and compliance with guidelines. Additionally, the Site Supervisor will ensure that materials and resources are used efficiently and maintain effective communication across teams and stakeholders.

• Project management and leadership skills to supervise on-site teams effectively
• Knowledge of construction and interior design processes, safety standards, and quality assurance
• Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams
• Problem-solving and time management skills for handling challenges and meeting deadlines
• Technical understanding of construction blueprints and resource allocation
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain precise project execution
• Previous experience in site supervision or in the interior construction industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is desirable
