This is a full-time, on-site position for a Site Supervisor (Civil) Manager located in Nagpur. The Site Supervisor (Civil) Manager will oversee construction activities, ensure that work is performed according to approved plans and specifications, and manage on-site teams. Key responsibilities include monitoring project progress, conducting quality control checks, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also entails maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Proven Supervisory Skills and experience in managing on-site teams
• Expertise in Site Supervision and hands-on experience with on-site management
• Ability to implement effective Quality Control protocols to maintain standards
• Strong Communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders and handle any on-site challenges effectively
• Proficiency in understanding and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• Working knowledge of safety protocols and construction regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field is preferred
• Previous experience in managing infrastructure or civil projects is highly advantageous
