Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee civil works related to EV charging infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and proven experience managing site activities for EV charging installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site civil works for EV charging station installations.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor daily progress and maintain site documentation including work logs, material usage, and inspection reports.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to design and regulatory standards.
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical matters to the project manager.
- Ensure proper implementation of trenching, cable laying, foundation works, and other civil components of EV charging infrastructure.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 45 years of experience in civil site supervision, with at least 2 years in EV charging infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of civil works related to electrical installations, including trenching, ducting, and foundation works.
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Charge Point Operators or EV infrastructure companies.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and coordination with electrical teams.
