We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution of interior projects, ensure quality workmanship, control timelines, and coordinate seamlessly between designers, contractors, and clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands interiors deeply and can run a site independently.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day interior execution at site
- Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, stone workers, and other vendors
- Ensure drawings, specifications, and design intent are executed accurately
- Monitor quality of materials, finishes, and workmanship at every stage
- Track site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Identify and resolve site-level issues proactively
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to the project/design team
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline at site
- Assist in material planning, site measurements, and snag list closures
- Handle client interactions at site professionally when required
Required Skills & Qualifications- 3-7 years of site supervision experience in interior projects
Strong understanding of:
- Carpentry & modular works
- Electrical & plumbing coordination
- False ceiling, flooring, painting & finishes
- Ability to read and execute detailed interior drawings
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Comfortable handling multiple vendors and tight timelines
- Basic knowledge of measurements, BOQs, and material control
- Diploma / Degree in Civil, Interior, or related field preferred
- Two-wheeler / site mobility required
