Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Hyderabad. The Site Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily on-site operations, monitor construction activities, ensure adherence to project timelines, and ensure quality control at all project stages. The role also involves supervising contractors and workers, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring compliance with safety and design standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, site supervision, and team coordination for atleast 3 years
• Familiarity with reading blueprints, construction plans, and ensuring design accuracy
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage on-site challenges
• Working knowledge of construction safety protocols and quality standards
• Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and teams
• Proficiency with tools and software related to project and resource management is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in interior design or a related industry would be beneficial
