Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor, located in Bengaluru. Our company is in Yelahanka.

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily on-site activities, coordinate with contractors and designers, monitor project progress, and ensure quality control. Responsibilities also include managing timelines, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and design standards. Communication with clients and stakeholders to provide updates will be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Project management and site supervision skills, including scheduling, team coordination, and oversight of on-site operations
• Knowledge of design plans, technical drawings, and material specifications
• Problem-solving and issue resolution skills to handle on-site challenges effectively
• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards in construction or design projects
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
• Proficiency in relevant design or project management software is a plus
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, construction management, or a related field
