Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Chennai and Trichy. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily on-site activities, coordinate with contractors and teams, ensure project milestones are met, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities include inspecting and monitoring construction progress, managing resources and supplies, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring adherence to project plans and designs. The Site Supervisor will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project completion within budget and timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Ability to interpret and implement technical drawings and project designs
- Proficiency in site inspection, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to safety standards
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, construction, or related fields
- Prior experience in a supervisory or similar role is preferred
