Role Description
This is a full-time Site Supervisor role with a hybrid working model. The role is based in Kozhikode, with the flexibility for occasional remote work. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at project sites, ensuring work is executed efficiently and in alignment with timelines, design plans, and safety protocols. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with team members and subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and providing progress updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in project management, team coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in time management, organization, and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with interior design or furniture manufacturing is a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for project management or design is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
