Site Reliability Manager, Core Enterprise Systems

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 6-10 site reliability engineers supporting Google's enterprise services.
• Develop roadmaps, planning, and OKRs to advance the maturity of managed services.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of services, from inception and design to deployment and refinement.
• Scale systems sustainably through automation, focusing on improving reliability and velocity.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in software development with one or more programming languages.
• 5 years of experience with algorithms, data structures, software design, or Unix/Linux systems.
• 3 years of experience in people management and leading projects related to systems or networking.
• Preferred experience in enterprise applications, SAP, and cloud workload management.
