Site Reliability Engineer

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), Monitoring & Observability with 7+ years of expertise in building reliable, scalable, and highly available cloud-native platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift, Prometheus, Grafana, and SRE practices to drive observability, performance optimization, automation, and operational excellence across enterprise environments.

What You'll Do:

• Build and manage Monitoring & Observability platforms using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Monitor and improve reliability of Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
• Create dashboards, alerts, SLI/SLO/SLA definitions, and error budgets.
• Automate monitoring, incident detection, and remediation workflows.
• Work with DevOps, Platform, and Engineering teams to improve application performance and availability.
• Implement metrics, logging, tracing, and observability best practices across cloud-native applications.
• Analyze performance trends and drive reliability improvements

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 6+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Observability Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Expertise in Prometheus, Grafana, Alert manager.
• Good understanding of SLI, SLO, SLA, Error Budgets.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or Shell.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD and Infrastructure Automation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
