Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our custom software engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of applications built for multiple clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, deploy, and maintain highly available systems aligned with business and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, code, test, and support application components across multiple client environments
- Act as an independent contributor and Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Perform maintenance and enhancement activities while ensuring high quality and performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
- Participate actively in team discussions, reviews, and problem-solving sessions
- Conduct code and system reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and engineering standards
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability using logging and monitoring tools
- Manage incidents, root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
- Support automation for deployment, configuration management, and infrastructure reliability
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and services
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools
- Knowledge of incident management and response strategies
- Familiarity with automation tools for deployment and configuration management
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within teams
