Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, hardware, platform services, cloud, and operations.
Monitor and analyze MongoDB performance, focusing on automation and reliability.
Ensure compliance with operational, risk, and change management guidelines.
Provide occasional weekend or after-hours support as required.
Develop and document best practices for infrastructure and production support.
