Job Description

Job Summary:
Oracle Cloud is seeking a dynamic Senior Site Reliability Developer to drive engineering excellence across our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will architect, implement, and manage end-to-end CI/CD and DevOps solutions for multiple projects, with a strong focus on AIOps and MLOps enablement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale resilient systems, automate processes, and support state-of-the-art, secure, and efficient cloud operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for modern application and service deployments.

  • Champion DevOps best practices to enhance developer velocity, efficiency, and system reliability.

  • Lead the setup, integration, and automation of infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.

  • Develop and support AIOps and MLOps pipelines that enable scalable AI/ML deployments, automation, monitoring, and proactive incident response.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration, monitoring, and security of cloud-native workloads.

  • Implement and advocate for observability, monitoring, alerting, and proactive remediation using industry-leading tools.

  • Drive continuous improvement recognizing operational inefficiencies and architecting solutions to address systemic issues.

  • Ensure all infrastructure meets Oracle's security, compliance, and governance standards.

  • Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to root cause analyses and post-mortems.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4+ years relevant experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering roles.

  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with containerization (Kubernetes, Docker) and orchestration in production settings.

  • Proficient in scripting and coding (Python, Bash, Go, or similar).

  • Experience designing and running CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).

  • Familiarity with AIOps and MLOps concepts, platforms, and automation frameworks.

  • Experience with infrastructure provisioning (Terraform)

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications(Good to have):
  • Prior experience rolling out AIOps/MLOps pipelines at scale.

  • Certification in OCI, AWS, GCP, or Azure (any relevant cloud certifications).
