Site Quantity Surveyor (Site QS):
We are looking for a dynamic Civil Engineer with 12 years of hands-on experience in building construction projects, particularly in quantity surveying and bill verification at project sites.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct on-site quantity measurements and verifications
- Check and validate contractor bills
- Assist with cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and work progress tracking
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for accurate data collection
- Maintain project documentation related to quantities and billing
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 12 years in quantity surveying and billing, preferably in building construction
- Strong knowledge of site execution processes, estimation, and billing formats
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is an added advantage
- Must be willing to work on-site at project locations in Perinthalmanna/Cherpulassery (Palakkad District)
- Preference: Candidates from Malappuram, Palakkad, or Thrissur districts
Package :Competitive salary: 2 to 5 LPA based on experience
