Site Project Manager (Peb Installation)

Additionally, they manufacture C/Z purlins and specialize in turnkey contracts for pre-engineered buildings and civil construction needs.

This is a full-time Site Project Manager role specializing in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) installation. The role is on-site and based in Chennai. The Site Project Manager will oversee and coordinate the execution of PEB projects, manage day-to-day on-site operations, ensure timely completion of project milestones, inspect quality standards, and expedite material delivery. Additional responsibilities include logistics management and communicating with stakeholders for project updates and resolutions.

• Proficient in Expeditor and Expediting tasks related to project workflows and material delivery
• Strong expertise in Project Management and thorough knowledge of Inspection processes
• Experience in Logistics Management to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in PEB installation or construction projects is advantageous
