Position: Site Manager Waste to Hydrogen Project
Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
Position Type: Full-time, on-site immediate joining

Position Overview
The Site Manager will be responsible for the complete management and execution of the
NTPC Waste-to-Hydrogen demonstration project located at NTPC NETRA, Greater Noida.
The role involves overseeing all on-site construction, installation, vendor coordination, safety
compliance, and stakeholder communication.
The Site Manager will act as the primary on-ground representative of the company, ensuring
that the project is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with NTPC requirements,
statutory regulations, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Execution & Project Management: Manage and supervise all site activities related to
construction, installation, and commissioning of the Waste-to-Hydrogen plant.
2. Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with EPC contractors, equipment vendors,
and service providers for timely delivery, installation, and commissioning. Ensure vendors
comply with NTPC site rules and project requirements.
3. NTPC & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary interface between the company and
NTPC site management. Attend regular meetings with NTPC officials, project engineers, and
consultants.
4. Site Compliance & Regulatory Coordination: Ensure full compliance with NTPC safety
standards, statutory regulations, and environmental requirements.
5. Safety & Quality Management: Ensure strict implementation of HSE (Health, Safety &
Environment) policies on site.
6. Logistics & Site Administration: Manage site logistics including equipment delivery, storage,
and material handling.
7. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress
reports.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical
Engineering, or related field.
712 years of experience in industrial project site management.
Experience in energy, hydrogen, gasification, chemical plants, waste-to-energy, or
process industries preferred.
Prior experience working with large PSU clients (NTPC, IOCL, GAIL, etc.) is highly
desirable.
