Role Description

The Site Inspection Manager will be responsible for coordinating and assigning valuation cases to Site Engineers based on geographical locations. This role involves accurately feeding client data and documents into the Site Engineers portal to ensure proper allocation of cases.

The candidate must regularly monitor emails to stay updated on new cases initiated by banks, download the relevant documents shared by them, and upload these documents into the portal promptly. Additionally, the Site Inspection Manager will be responsible for tracking the progress and status of each engineer's assigned work and providing timely updates to clients and banks via email.

A strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently are essential for this position

• Educational Qualification: B.E. Civil / Any Degree
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, Language proficiency in English and Tamil is mandatory
• Technical Skills: Should be updated with current technology, Strong computer skills with knowledge of basic AI tools
• Management & Coordination Skills: Ability to coordinate effectively with site engineers, Skilled in task allocation, follow-up, and scheduling work efficiently
