We are hiring an experienced Site Office Sales Manager to drive walk-in conversions, manage site-level sales operations, and achieve monthly closures for Mark IX Project.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in clients and conduct site presentations
- Convert leads into bookings through effective sales strategy
- Coordinate with channel partners & brokers
- Maintain strong follow-up until closure
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Guide customers through pricing, offers, and closing process
- Coordinate with CRM & pre-sales team for lead flow
Requirements
- 3–7 years experience in real estate sales
- Proven closing ability
- Strong negotiation & presentation skills
- Strong communication skills , English ( Hight Quality ) Hindi and Local Language
- Good knowledge of Bangalore real estate market
- Leadership mindset

Salary
