Oversee the maintenance of the clubhouse and entrance building, including water supply systems, housekeeping activities, and general facility management to ensure smooth functioning.
Guest Experience Management
Attend to prospective buyers and visitors, ensuring a pleasant and professional experience during site visits. Provide necessary information and support to enhance their overall impression of the layout.
Landscape and Irrigation Maintenance
Monitor and maintain landscaping works, gardens, and irrigation systems to ensure greenery, cleanliness, and proper functioning of sprinklers and drip lines.
Swimming Pool Maintenance
Supervise the cleaning, chemical treatment, filtration systems, and general upkeep of the swimming pool to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) Maintenance
Ensure proper operation and routine maintenance of the STP, including monitoring treated water quality and coordinating with technical staff for smooth functioning.
Playground Maintenance
Oversee the upkeep, cleanliness, and safety of playgrounds and outdoor recreational areas within the layout.
