Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager, located in Thrissur. The Site Manager will oversee daily site operations, manage resources, and ensure that projects are delivered within the specified timeline and budget. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, coordinating with clients and teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and monitoring quality standards. The Site Manager will also assist in problem-solving and decision-making on the site as required.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Experience in civil engineering, building construction, and MEP services
- Leadership and team management capabilities with a focus on fostering collaboration
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols and quality management practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in construction-related software and tools is a plus
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Previous on-site experience in a management or supervisory role is strongly preferred
