Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our equipment erection and commissioning (E&C) activities across various project sites. This is a hands-on role involving complete site responsibilityfrom material handling to managing labour, timelines, and installation with trials at site. Ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and has strong leadership and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise complete site execution, including erection and commissioning of equipment
• Manage on-site labour, resources, and materials efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely dispatches and installation
• Ensure all work is completed within project timelines and safety guidelines
• Act as the single point of contact for site-related issues and updates
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports from the site

Requirements:

• Prior experience of 1-4 years in site execution or project management, preferably in industrial or engineering projects
• Strong team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel frequently to various sites across India
• Understanding of mechanical installations and industrial safety standards
• A plus: Diploma/Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Work Mode:

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Indore with some travel to project sites.

Working hours: MondaySaturday, 9 AM5 PM.

Compensation:

Salary will be in line with market standards and commensurate with experience.
