Job Description

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks an experienced Site Lead to oversee facilities management operations with a focus on soft services delivery. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage vendor relationships, ensure service excellence, and drive operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership Manage day-to-day soft services operations including cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control. Ensure all services meet JLL quality standards and client specifications while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with hard services teams to deliver integrated facilities management solutions.

Vendor Management Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring for all soft service providers. Establish and maintain strong relationships with service partners while ensuring cost-effective delivery. Conduct regular vendor reviews and implement improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Client Relations Serve as primary point of contact for client facilities management needs. Conduct regular client meetings to review performance metrics, address concerns, and identify opportunities for service enhancement. Prepare and present comprehensive reports on operational performance, cost management, and strategic initiatives.

Team Leadership Lead and develop on-site facilities management team including supervisors, coordinators, and support staff. Provide coaching, training, and performance management to ensure team excellence. Foster collaborative relationships across all service delivery functions.
