Roles & Responsibilities

• Team Management:
• Lead and manage the in-house team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the site.
• Allocate tasks and resources effectively to meet operational goals and deadlines.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
• Operations Oversight:
• Ensure the site's operations are running efficiently, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
• Oversee scheduling, logistics, and resource management to maintain productivity.
• Client/Stakeholder Coordination:
• Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Coordinate with other departments to address operational requirements and challenges.
• Quality Control & Compliance:
• Ensure all site operations comply with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor quality control processes to guarantee service delivery excellence.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of site operations, performance metrics, and client interactions.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to upper management regarding site activities and performance.
• Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:
• Address any operational issues that arise and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Ensure minimal disruption to operations through proactive planning and quick responses to challenges.
