Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Interior Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. This role involves overseeing interior design projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to project timelines. The Site Interior Supervisor will coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers, monitor material usage, manage on-site workers, and ensure compliance with safety and design standards. The role also requires providing regular project updates to stakeholders and proactively solving any on-site issues that may arise.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and materials
- Experience with project management, scheduling, and coordination with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage on-site teams, allocate resources efficiently, and resolve issues promptly
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and design plans
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices for on-site operations
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in site supervision or overseeing interior projects is highly desirable
