Job Description

  • Supervise Installation, Testing, and Commissioning activities on-site.
  • Ensure the work is done safely and environmentally friendly, adhering to company policies and local requirements.
  • Ensure quality and schedule are maintained and executed within the assigned costs.
  • Adhere to legal requirements in relation to work and workforce.
  • Focus on Customer Satisfaction Index, ensuring zero LTC, timely completion, and zero tolerance for non-compliance.
  • Produce quality execution within the required time frame of the project.
  • Manage Requirement Management, Stakeholder Management, and Risk and Opportunity Management.
  • Oversee site activities for the timely completion of the project.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, local rules, and safety requirements.
  • Monitor contractual terms and conditions with suppliers and sub-vendors.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma/Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 10-12 years of experience in Project Site Execution and Management.
  • Electrical Installation experience for outdoor switchyard and indoor substations up to 220kV, E-House, and Civil Works.
  • Knowledge of switchgear, relays, SCADA, ELV, civil integration, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD software.
  • Good communication skills and multitasking ability.
  • Familiarity with installation rules and regulations.
