- Supervise Installation, Testing, and Commissioning activities on-site.
- Ensure the work is done safely and environmentally friendly, adhering to company policies and local requirements.
- Ensure quality and schedule are maintained and executed within the assigned costs.
- Adhere to legal requirements in relation to work and workforce.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction Index, ensuring zero LTC, timely completion, and zero tolerance for non-compliance.
- Produce quality execution within the required time frame of the project.
- Manage Requirement Management, Stakeholder Management, and Risk and Opportunity Management.
- Oversee site activities for the timely completion of the project.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, local rules, and safety requirements.
- Monitor contractual terms and conditions with suppliers and sub-vendors.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma/Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 10-12 years of experience in Project Site Execution and Management.
- Electrical Installation experience for outdoor switchyard and indoor substations up to 220kV, E-House, and Civil Works.
- Knowledge of switchgear, relays, SCADA, ELV, civil integration, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD software.
- Good communication skills and multitasking ability.
- Familiarity with installation rules and regulations.
