Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Incharge based in Pune. The Site Incharge will oversee daily site operations, ensure efficient coordination among team members, and maintain compliance with company regulations. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing logistics operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, handling site-related documentation, and resolving on-ground challenges effectively.

- Strong skills in logistics management, site operations, and supply chain coordination
- Ability to lead teams, supervise site activities, and ensure smooth functioning of on-ground operations
- Proficiency in handling documentation, compliance, and reporting processes
- Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication and leadership qualities are necessary
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus
