About The Role
The Senior Operations Executive will lead end-to-end field and logistics operations, driving efficiency and ensuring smooth coordination between manpower, fleet, and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide multiple site teams to ensure SOP adherence.
- Manage route planning, fleet scheduling, and manpower productivity.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare weekly performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and authorities for timely execution.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control.
- Mentor field teams for continuous performance improvement.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in solid waste management or logistics operations.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Excel and operational dashboards.
