Job Title : Site Head Plot Development Project
Location: Wagholi, Pune
Number of Positions: 2
Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Site Head to lead and manage the end-to-end execution of a plot development project in Wagholi. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing contractors, ensuring timely completion of development work, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with internal teams and government authorities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee complete site execution and development of plotted layout projects.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise site activities, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, layout plans, and timelines.
- Monitor site progress, quality control, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, surveyors, and consultants.
- Handle site documentation, daily reports, and progress updates to management.
- Ensure statutory and local authority compliances are followed.
- Manage site resources, materials, and manpower efficiently.
- Resolve site-level issues and technical challenges quickly.
- Support management in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- 815 years of experience in real estate construction or plotted development projects
- Strong knowledge of site execution, infrastructure development, and layout projects
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and site teams.
- Good understanding of local development norms and approvals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in NA plotting, internal roads, drainage, water lines, and infrastructure work.
- Ability to handle end-to-end site operations independently.
