Job Description

Lead the factory's overall operations to achieve production, delivery, and quality targets in alignment with market requirements.
Drive adherence to SOPs, quality specifications, and regulatory norms across all manufacturing activities.
Oversee production planning, raw material coordination, inventory control, and effective material handling to minimize wastage.
Ensure implementation of strong EHS practices, good housekeeping, and compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.
Manage preventive and routine maintenance of plant & machinery to maximize uptime and output efficiency.
Provide leadership to crossfunctional teams such as Production, Maintenance, QC, EHS, Logistics, and IR.
Handle workforce management including performance evaluations, grievance redressal, hiring decisions, and productivity initiatives.
Maintain operational MIS, machine output reports, SMNC control, and engage with stakeholders including government agencies and certification bodies.

Location - Gujarat

The Successful Applicant

Experience: 15-20 years in a similar manufacturing sector with proven leadership in factory management.
Education: BE (Chemical).
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of machines, calibration, preventive maintenance, QC tools, Six Sigma, and problemsolving techniques.
Leadership Skills: People management, conflict resolution, strategic thinking, analytical ability, and the ability to work under pressure.
Additional Skills: Time management, communication, ability to handle ambiguity, and strong stakeholder management (internal & external).
System/Process Exposure: Production planning, EHS frameworks, SOP governance, inventory management, and regulatory compliance
