Job Description

Looking for Incumbent with strong GCCcaptive experience with strong values, leadership skills, scaling- execution experience .The person will lead the site to achieve operational targets, manage budgets, expenditures and P&L, build in process, drive growth, digital transformation, site compliance -audits .Build relationships with internal clients and external stake holders

Designation : Site Head (indicative )

Function reporting into this role – HR , Admin and Finance team.

Reporting to - Stakeholder in ME

Current Size- 1000 + people

Sector: Real Estate & Construction Services.

Purpose of the role :

Act as growth catalyst for its parent group in the Middle East and subsidiaries in US and Australia. Manage corporate functions and its related operational captive services : Pay role , Finance , HR , site admin , compliance ,operations P &L- Budgeting , work with internal stake holders bring in more work , digital transformation , align process and indirectly support BIM, architecture, design, technology captive leads .

Business Support:

  • Operational lead & support shared service functions : Finance, Customer support- marketing, HR, Procurement, and administration .
  • Indirectly support technical BIM, architecture, design, technology captive leads at the site .

Desired qualification :

Graduate (Engineering, Finance or Operations management) - management degree a plus with 18 -24 yrs of experience who has managed scaling up of business, done digital transformation and worked on matrix structure.

Exposure in scaling captive /shared service center a big plus and not limited to technology functions and includes pay role , HR operations, design , customer service , finance
