Job Description
- Overall responsibility to supervise the production of ethanol ensuring that the quality measures are in place for the same
- Analyse and manage operational costs
- Partner with government stakeholders and the top management for regulation policies in the space
- Managing the team of 6+ Direct Reports to ensure that the organisation's goals are met
- Run transformation initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain
The Successful Applicant
- Mechanical Engineer & MBA
- 20+ Years experience in the Beverage space/large FMCG
- Executive mindset - experience with managing large teams, P&L responsibility, and influential
