Site Finance Head
Job Description
Lead the finance function for the site
Reporting To
Site Head & Regional Finance Heads
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: Chartered Accountancy (First / Second attempt)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 10-12 years years post qualification experience in business finance roles. Min. 2-3 years experience in plant finance roles and driving achievement of site metrics is a must.
LOCATION: Navi Mumbai
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead finance for the Peptides business and drive profitability for the site
- Own BS, P&L and Cash Flow for the site
- Pro-actively act as a business partner for the site and division
- Work close with various functions to improve site profitability without compromising on controls (Pricing, monetization opportunities, cost improvement / reduction initiatives)
- Working Capital management
- Drive annual budgeting process
- Ensure timely & accurate MIS reporting
- Analyse variations vs budget & previous year
- Review & approve capex proposal
- Ensure all site accounting activities are completed – Costing, monthly close entries, Balance Sheet Hygiene. Work with shared services to ensure timely vendor payments, collections & accurate accounting.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies (Credit & Accounting)
