About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in disposable surgical products, particularly gowns and drapes. The role involves end-to-end coordination between sales and production teams, product development, costing, and tender handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide back-end sales support to the sales team, ensuring timely response to queries and requirements
- Handle day-to-day coordination with sales managers for product-related inquiries
- Manage order execution, including follow-ups with the production team to ensure timely delivery
- Develop products based on samples and client requirements received from the sales team
- Prepare and manage costing of products, especially for nonwoven-based materials
- Support and manage tender business, including documentation and pricing
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of disposable surgical gowns and drapes
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth product lifecycle management
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Science / Textile / Healthcare-related field)
- 8–10 years of experience in sales support / marketing / backend operations in medical disposables
- Strong knowledge of nonwoven fabrics and their applications
- Expertise in product costing and development
- Hands-on experience in tender business processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Age group: 40–45 years preferred
